I believe one of the greatest challenges we face when self-employed working from home is the perception our family gets…mine sometimes get the perception that I’m not working. ;-0
Even my wife has jokingly asked me, “so what did you do all day, besides sit around in your office in your PJ’s?”.
Ok, so just because it’s 11:00am right now on a Tuesday morning and I’m still in my PJ’s and slippers. That does not mean I’ve been doing nothing!
I’ve been up since 5:00am. So far today I’ve completed my personal development time (actually read half a book), knocked off a good portion of my “To Do List” for the day, booked a few coaching call appointments, and now I’m taking time to post this before I leave play pick-up hockey at noon-time.
Being self-employed working from home does come a few downsides (maybe more on that in another post), but I get excited with all the upsides…especially all the tax advantages.
I know for many years when I was working full-time in Corporate America I struggled to get my head around all the ins-and-outs of the tax benefits of having a small part-time side business from home.
This is why I created the Income Tax Makeover Course, to help you figure out what took me the last 8 years finally master as a simple system! There’s no fluff in this course, I care about RESULTS!
The way the course is structured means you can take just a few hours to go through it and implement it immediately! It’s perfect if you are already operating a home business. What, you don’t have a business you say? No problem, I’d be happy to brainstorm ideas with you!
I have a hunch if you are reading this you may be open to figuring out how to reduce your income taxes:
P.S. be sure to grab my FREE download, the Home Business Expense Guide! I think you may find that helpful to get you started!
